HISTORY & PURPOSE

The Will To Win Ministry, INC, is a 501(C3) non- profit organization. The organization was founded in 1997, but was established in 2012 by Rev. Dr. Nelle Richardson and the Board of Directors. 

The ministry was created after serving in the community for a number of years, and seeing the dire need of the working woman who’s husband or father of her children was not in the home.  

Although most of these women were employed, they could not meet the need of the family whether it was social, spiritual or financial, help was needed.  The Will To Win Ministry assisted the families by supporting the hurting mother through counseling, empowerment, resources and referrals to outside agencies if needed, so she could be healed andsupport her family in return. 

Our goal is to empower the working woman; who will empower her family, together we will empower our community and change our world for the better one family at a time. 

The Will To Win Ministry, INC. will empower the family through intervention, prevention, counseling, referrals and services one on one.

Resources for the above mentioned services are provided through donations and outreach.
